Building on over 60 years experience in Air Filtration, EMCEL Filters offer a comprehensive product range of both standard and custom designed filter elements & housings for many diverse applications… from straight forward HVAC filters to complex process and critical, air filtration systems. We manufacture our filters on site in Sussex.

Position Overview:

As a Production Operative at Emcel Filters LTD, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of our custom air filters. You’ll work alongside a team of skilled professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment where your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be highly valued.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Operate machinery and equipment for the production of bespoke air filters.
  • Follow production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
  • Assemble and package air filtration products according to customer specifications.
  • Perform quality checks to maintain product integrity and meet industry standards.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes.
  • Comply with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and a dedication to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Minimum of a High School/ Secondary School level of education.
