Job description
We are developing our Internal Sales Team and looking for an exceptional person to join us.
We are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive who will act as first point of contact for our customer base. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and developing strong relationships with both new and existing accounts. You will be required to represent EMCEL when visiting our customers and participating in exhibitions and tradeshows. The focus of this role is to enhance sales and profitability within the company.
You will also need to develop working relationships with all departments within the company.

Successful candidates will have:
• Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience, with a successful track record of managing sales processes from end-to-end
• Excellent written communication skills and a keen eye for detail
• Strong telephone manner and presentation skills
• Understanding of the digital marketing landscape and online marketing methods
• A good grasp of MS Office, including the ability to create and edit sales presentations in Powerpoint and write proposals
• Technical / Engineering background is an advantage, but not essential. Training will be provided.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 0830-1715
Friday: 0830-1300
Salary and Benefits:
• £25,000 – £30,000 per annum depending on experience

Experience and Education:
• B2B sales: Minimum 3 years (Required)
• Minimum A-Level or equivalent (Required)
• Full, clean driving licence (desirable)
